A fully equipped kitchenette a living space with TV, sofa (convertible as sofa bed). One and a half bathroom (toilet, bidet & shower then another separate toilet). The apartment is in the second floor without an elevator. Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) is just a five-minute walk. Many shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are just around. Easy access to all kinds of transportation. Utilities are included, but in case you consume more than 5000czk the excess you need to shoulder due to the in(hidden)n of the utilities in Prague which are changing prices every month. For stays more than 3 months the security deposit is equal to 1 month rent...
