Lungaretta Apartment Cozy 90 sq. meters apartment located on the first floor of a building without an elevator on Via della Lungaretta, in the characteristic Rione Trastevere, famous for the many clubs and typical restaurants which make it one of the main hubs of Rome’s nightlife. Furnished with a style that mixes modern and classic elements, it is comprised of two comfortable double bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom (one with bathtub and one with shower), a living room with sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Amenities, which include air conditioning in the living room, wi-fi, LCD TV, washing machine, and dryer, and the central and well-connected position make it ideal for a pleasant vacation in the Capital City. The Trastevere area consists of a maze of narrow streets that is still, despite the evident gentrification, one of the city's most authentically Roman neighborhoods. Literally translated, Trastevere means "across the Tiber", which, of course, describes its proximity to the historical center, just southwest on the other side of the river, and just a ten-minute walk away. This area includes two neighborhoods: Trastevere and Monteverde. The first one is a modern and residential area full of nice apartments where you can find green open spaces (such as the huge and beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the biggest parks in Rome), trading areas, and many different shops. Trastevere is one of the oldest and most typical neighborhoods of the city. The narrow paved streets and allays are plenty of cinemas, cafés, and restaurants with tables scattered on the pavement, mostly at Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and in Viale Trastevere. The churches of Santa Cecilia and San Francesco a Ripa are very remarkable. The lovely typical area to enjoy your stay in an apartment in Rome.
