A large modern kitchen, well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, and large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser will cater for all your help. All rooms have heating, double glazing, and superior furniture. Private garden area and covered patio with direct access from the living room and dining room. The house is located in a quiet residential area, has a supermarket 250 meters away and several cafes, beach bars, and restaurants within a radius of 500 meters. The drive to Cascais is 12 minutes, to Lisbon airport is 25 minutes and the beautiful national park area of historic Sintra is 20 minutes away. Guest access A Welcomer will meet you at the property to hand over the keys. Other things to note This is a self-catering apartment.
