The sofa bed makes the apartment perfect for a family with 2 small children. Easy access to this 3rd-floor apartment via lift and offers a service lift for heavier items or removing waste items. The apartment boasts both heating and cooling systems and automated black-out blinds. Guest access We will meet you at the property upon your arrival or you will be given access via our housekeeper and welcomer team shortly after your check-in. Other things to note Regarding check-in times, we offer a meet and greet service until 20h. Check-ins after 20h00 attract a supplement according to the table below: For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00 For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00 When applicable, it is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax from tourist and pass it on to the municipalities/regions. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. Our properties do not accept pets and they are not suited for parties or get-togethers due to condominium rules. Cascais, Lisboa, Portugal The apartment is located in one of the best locations, just on the waterfront with lovely paths for walking, jogging, or cycling. You can be at Casa da Guia in a few minutes in one direction and the marina in a few minutes in the opposite direction. A great choice of shops, cafes, and bakeries. supermarkets and specialty shops are just a short distance walk from here. Getting around There is a bus route on the main road in front of the condominium but walking to almost anywhere you need to be is very easy.
