The sofa bed makes the apartment perfect for a family with 2 small children. Easy access to this 3rd-floor apartment via lift and offers a service lift for heavier items or removing waste items. The apartment boasts both heating and cooling systems and automated black-out blinds. Guest access We will meet you at the property upon your arrival or you will be given access via our housekeeper and welcomer team shortly after your check-in. Other things to note Regarding check-in times, we offer a meet and greet service until 20h. Check-ins after 20h00 attract a supplement according to the table below: For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00 For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00 When applicable, it is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax from tourist and pass it on to the municipalities/regions. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. Our properties do not accept pets and they are not suited for parties or get-togethers due to condominium rules. You can be at Casa da Guia in a few minutes in one direction and the marina in a few minutes in the opposite direction. A great choice of shops, cafes, and bakeries. supermarkets and specialty shops are just a short distance walk from here. Getting around There is a bus route on the main road in front of the condominium but walking to almost anywhere you need to be is very easy.
