On the same corner of the street there is a stop for bus line 5 that connects with the center of Cartagena, and less than 10 minutes walk there is another stop of line 7 that also connects with the center and with other areas of Cartagena. In the same neighborhood we can find several supermarkets a few minutes walk and a Mercadona 10 minutes walk. Two blocks from the house is located the head(hidden) of the Catholic University of Murcia in Cartagena. The house is quite large, it is a large duplex with a basement included, which leaves us 3 floors to use and enjoy. The house consists of an upper floor where the rooms are located and a common-use toilet with a shower, a first floor where there is a large common-use room to eat, watch TV, use as a study room or receive some visits, a small bathroom also for common use and a large kitchen with individual cabinets for each one, a fridge with an individual space for each inhabitant of the house and, among other things, two sinks; Also on the first floor we find a patio where the washing machine, dryer and clothesline are located.
