The house has a private garden with Jacuzzi. We also provide 2 bicycles so you can explore the city in an environmentally friendly way. It is a very comfortable house that will immediately make you feel very welcome and ready to explore the historic city of Athens. The house is ideal for anyone who wants to stay close to the center of Athens and have easy access to the city's attractions. Located on the ground floor of a two-story building, the building has only one apartment per floor. The exterior and interior apartments are completely separate and self-contained and can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for couples or families with children. Guests can enjoy the privacy of the entire apartment. Clean and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, air conditioning in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi (30mpbs), 55" flat screen TV in the living room, and 32" TV in the bedroom, both Smart Android TVs with Netflix. -One bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (160x200) with a very comfortable mattress and has all the necessary amenities making it an ideal choice for anyone, an android smart 32" TV, desktop, a/c, autonomous heater (use 9 hours per day ). -The second room is equipped with a double bed, comfortable mattress (90x200), work desk, a/c, and autonomous heater (use 9 hours per day ). - The house offers a private and spacious back garden of 120 sqm which includes a Jacuzzi that will surely let you relax after a full day exploring Athens, Also available are 2 mount(hidden)ikes for easy access to the city center, a hammock for relaxation, a table, and chairs, and lemon, tangerine, and pomegranate trees. - Kitchen with fridge, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, independent heater. -Living room with 55-inch Android smart TV with Netflix, comfortable sofa bed, a/c, radiator. - Hall with comfortable table and chairs for dinner, independent radiator -Toilet with easy access to a shower, hairdryer, washing machine, and independent radiator. Guests could walk around the neighborhood and get to the nearest park in 20 meters and the metro station in 5 minutes, there is a pedestrian street that is ideal for children, and the street outside the apartment has easy access to parking usually. I am always happy to meet my guests if you need help, the owner is in the upstairs apartment. Kallithea stretches from Philopappou and Sicily hills in the north to Faliro Bay in the south. Kallithea is a very comfortable place because it is located between the center of Athens, Piraeus, and the beaches. Near the apartment (5 minutes) there is a train station. You can reach the center of Athens or Piraeus. Many shops, cafes (3 minutes), restaurants (5 minutes), supermarkets (1 minute) and everything you might need is very close. The house is very close to the heart of Athens by train (10 minutes) within 4 stops from the metro station Monastiraki, and 3 stops to the port of Piraeus (6 minutes), the nearest metro station "Kallithea" is just 5 minutes walk from the house. Our guests can enjoy 2 mount(hidden)ikes for free use that you can access the nearest bike lane a few meters away (20 meters) from the door of the house that can take you to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center within 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes to the Thiseio area on the opposite side. -The house can accommodate up to 4 persons if the reservation is for 4 persons, we cannot accept more persons even guests over 4 persons. -Parties, celebrations, birthday parties, etc are not allowed, in this case, the host can cancel the reservation without any compensation. -Follow the rules for the use of Jacuzzi. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
