It is absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for a few pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within walking distance, including the Baixa-Chiado metro station. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with AC, all with double beds and one of them being a suite. Also features a fourth bedroom, in a mezzannine, with a double bed, but no AC. → Bathrooms The apartment has one bathroom with shower. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a comfortable sofa. The living room also has a dining table. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, dryer and filter coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linens will be provided. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
