For more extensive shopping needs, MOM Park Shopping Mall is only 600 meters from the apartment. Public transport is right at your doorstep with buses 8E, 108E, 110, 112, and night line 908 stopping directly in front of the building. You’re connected to the entire city effortlessly. 💸 Pricing & Payment Rental durations are flexible, whether you're looking to stay for a few days, weeks, or months. The utility cost is HUF 40,000 per month, covering everything from cold and hot water, sewage, garbage collection, and heating to TV, Wi-Fi, 24/7 concierge service, housekeeping, and maintenance. A deposit of HUF 200,000 is required. We provide a VAT invoice for all charges, and payments can be made via cash, bank card, bank transfer, or Szépkártya. 🚗 Optional Services Parking is available in a closed yard for HUF 40,000/month. If you're looking for a free option, there's parking 200 meters away on Otthon utca. You can also park directly in front of the building at a rate of HUF 450/hour. Housekeeping services are available for HUF 4,000 per 45 minutes. Fresh bed linen can be provided for HUF 2,000 per set, and towel changes are HUF 1,000 per set. We also offer breakfast at HUF 4,000 per person or HUF 60,000/month per person. If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
