You’ll have quick and easy access to public transport with connections via the 8E, 108E, 110, 112, and night route 908. For your daily needs, Non-stop Roni supermarket is just 70 meters from the entrance. Aldi is a short 300-meter walk, while MOM Park Shopping Mall is located only 700 meters away, giving you access to a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. 💸 Flexible Rentals & All-Inclusive Utilities Apartments can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on your needs. The monthly utility fee is HUF 40,000 and covers everything, including cold and hot water, sewage, garbage collection, heating, TV, Wi-Fi, concierge service available 24/7, housekeeping, and maintenance. A deposit of HUF 200,000 is required. VAT invoices are provided, and payment is accepted by cash, bank card, bank transfer, or Szépkártya. 🚗 Additional Services for Your Comfort Parking is available in a closed yard for HUF 40,000 per month. If you prefer free parking, there are spots 200 meters away on Otthon utca. Paid parking is also available right in front of the building at a rate of HUF 450 per hour. Additional services include apartment cleaning for HUF 4,000 per 45 minutes, bed linen changes at HUF 2,000 per set, and towel changes for HUF 1,000 per set. Breakfast can be arranged for HUF 4,000 per person daily or HUF 60,000 per person monthly. Laundry is available at HUF 1,000 per hour or HUF 12,000 for 30 hours. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
