Description Mini flatlet in the historic characteristic district of Trastevere, it hosts up to 2 people, but recommended and confortable for 1 person. All the bars, restaurants and public transport are at walking distance. Piazza Campo dei Fiori and John Cabot University are also at walking distance. 3 washing machine The washing machine stated as present IT IS NOT INSIDE THE PROPERTY. There is a shared washing machine in the same building, on the same floor, but outside the apartment. You will need to pay € 4 for each washing (for the electricity consumption) to the person in charge of it, or € 5 if you don't have the soap. if you are 2 people say it before your booking. We will discuss some details. It might cost some more. After your booking and before your check in you will need to send a copy of your passport or i.d. 4. Pricing The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 90 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay After your booking (for several months) you can always leave the unit earlier, but you are asked to give at least 1 month notice. Shorter notice will turn into deposit retention ✔Electricity fee requested (€75 x month) will need to be paid at the check in and at the beginning of each rental month, as internet and other cost (which are the building cost) The electricity cost stated here (€75) is an advance. We will read together the electricity meter at the check in and you will have 150 Kwh per month already paid and included in the € 75 advance. After this consumption, you will have to pay €0,50 x Kwh which will exceed 150 Kwh consumption per month. ✔Cleaning fee requested (€ 50) includes cleaned sheets/towels and will need to be paid at the check in 1 time only. €100 "Other" are the building administration cost. 5 € 800 deposit guarantees the proper use of the furniture of the apartment Your deposit will be returned by bank transfer after your departure and after the studio will be checked 6. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
