Each studio has a combined living and sleeping area furnished with a double bed and a sofa, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The studios have a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes. Linens, towels, iron, a first set of coffee pods and consumables are also included. There is a private bathroom with rain shower or bathtub. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and electronic safe are also provided in the studio. Weekly cleaning is included. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
