Neben den vier WG-Zimmern, die von einem langen Flur abgehen verfügt die Wohnung über zwei Bäder und eine Küche, die gemeinschaftlich benutzt werden. Grundsätzlich ist uns natürlich an einem offenen und freundlichen Umgang miteinander gelegen. Kabel-Internet ist für alle Bewohner vorhanden! Die Kosten für Internet, Strom, Heizung und Wasser sind inklusive. Das Bettzeug wird zum Einzug gestellt. Die WG-Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg direkt am Landwehrkanal und unweit der berühmten Admiralsbrücke. Fußläufig sind alle wichtigen Verkehrsmittel schnell erreicht (z.B. die Bushaltestelle Geibelstraße oder der U-Bhf. Prinzenstr.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht. Dazu bietet die Umgebung Möglichkeiten zu sportlichen Aktivitäten (Günter-König-Sportplatz und nahegelegene Fitnessstudios).
