This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably and it has a beautiful terrace with amazing views where you can enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home! Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. How rent is calculated

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
