CHINATOWN is a cosy 32m2 room located ont the first floor garden side. Double bed, desk, two armchairs. Fantastic dressing, private bathroom, toilet and a little private terrasse. In addition to your private area, you will share with the other occupants a very large living space with armchairs, a TV to share a film, a large table to share your meals, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor space to enjoy the sun or eat. The common kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, 4 cooking plates, a coffee machine, a kettle, a soda stream, a mixer, a blender, a toaster, a raclette machine, what more could you want? To stay in shape, you will find a small gym. And after the effort, a sauna to eliminate your toxins and rest! It is completely furnished and equipped. Of course wifi is available in the whole house. Convenient and flexible, for stays of less than 6 months please contact us. Everything is included in your basic rent and charges (180 €): with WIFI and TV, electricity, water and gas. All common areas are cleaned weekly by our team. Please take into account that an inventory of entry must be made before renting a property.
