Under the house there is the possibility to park in unassigned condominium spaces. Monthly expenses are estimated on a virtuous consumption profile. We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere...
