L'appartamento Rotonda Sunrise è interamente a uso turistico nei mesi da giugno a settembre (anche prenotazioni brevi a prezzi alberghieri), mentre da ottobre a maggio offriamo stanze private a basso costo con la condivisione degli spazi comuni. Il Rotonda Sunrise è dotato di numerosi comfort, una splendida veduta e situato in una zona assolutamente centrale: vicinissimo sia alla Rotonda, cuore del lungomare, che si può ammirare dal balcone, sia alla Rocca Roveresca, fulcro del centro storico. Tutti i luoghi nevralgici della città sono insomma raggiungibili in 3-4 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nei primi mesi del 2022. Tutti gli impianti sono nuovissimi, così come i bagni, gli infissi e buona parte degli arredi. Il Rotonda Sunrise è dotato di due camere con letto matrimoniale: la camera oro e la camera smeraldo, quest'ultima con un ulteriore divano letto a due posti. Nel grande salone, adibito nei mesi invernali come terza camera, si trovano divani letto per altri tre comodi posti potenziali. La cucina, anch'essa nuovissima, è ora strutturata con un grande open space per consentire agli ospiti il massimo spazio disponibile. Tutte le camere e il salone sono dotate di impianto di aria condizionata. Un bagno è dotato di impianto di cromoterapia. Una Fire Stick Video consente in ogni camera la visione di vari pacchetti già abilitati e a disposizione degli ospiti. Connessione internet in fibra con Go Internet. L'appartamento è anche dotato di due ampi balconi, una veranda vista mare con tavolino per la colazione e parcheggio privato sotterraneo con posto numerato a esclusiva disposizione degli ospiti...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
