Tutto l'appartamento ha due camere ampie e due bagni. La casa sarà abitata solo da due persone, è spaziosa, ha una posizione incredibile , super centrale e vicina a tutti i monumenti ed ai punti di interesse pur essendo in una strada tranquilla . è previsto un deposito cauzionale di due volte il prezzo dell'affitto. UTENZE: Si paga un anticipo utenze mensile , sarà fatto il conguaglio a fine locazione . il wifi è da pagare a parte € 15 mensili.
