We rent one room with bright balcony ONLY FOR INTERTIONAL STUDENTS girls. The apartment is located in one Avenue. To 300 meters walk the metro L4 stop station"Guinardo i Hospital de Sant Pau". Expenses:included Wi-Fi , but it is not included the electricity,Water and Gas. For example: if you there are 2 people you must pay 50% of the expense electricity. Price 50 eur/per person aproxx. Conditions: warranty: 400 EUR. it is not alowed registered in the municipality.we do not do procedure for the NIE.Not Couples. Not Pets. Not smoke/drugs. it is not allowed visits in the apartment.if you leave the apartment before the check-out date. The deposit will not be returned. And if you do not agree, the deposit will be used so that you can stay the following month....
