Gallura 9 is a 20 square meter apartment located on the 4th floor of a building equipped with an elevator, perfect for an urban stay characterized by practicality and comfort. This compact accommodation has been designed to optimize every available space, offering a functional and welcoming living solution in the heart of Milan. The main room harmoniously combines the living area with the sleeping area, where there is a comfortable foldaway double bed that guarantees quality rest for two people. The layout of the spaces is designed to maximize livability, creating a bright and well-organized environment. The equipped kitchen integrates perfectly into the open space, equipped with all the appliances necessary to prepare your meals: oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. The bathroom completes the structure, offering all the essential services for daily comfort. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to always maintain the ideal temperature throughout the year, ensuring maximum climate comfort. The fast Wi-Fi connection allows you to always stay connected for work or leisure, while the washing machine allows you to independently manage your laundry during your stay. For moments of relaxation, a television is available where you can enjoy favorite programs or movies after a day spent discovering the city. These services are designed to make your stay practical and comfortable, eliminating any logistical concern. The location of the apartment allows you to fully experience the lively atmosphere of Milan, a city where tradition and innovation coexist harmoniously. The property is well connected by public transport, with bus and tram stops a few minutes' walk away in Via Ripamonti and Piazza Chiaradia, also served by tram 24, which allows you to easily reach the center and the main areas of interest. The neighborhood offers all the necessary services for a comfortable stay, ideal for those who want to experience Milan like a real Milanese. The elevator can be used with a key in the keybox next to the apartment door; at the first access it will therefore be necessary to use the stairs. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
