Cozy 1 room, fully furnished apartment close to metro U4 Margaretengürtel (5-7 min walking distance) and also U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (10 min walking distance). Tram (no. 6 & 18) to West- and Hauptbahnhof (takes about 15 min) and bus stops (to Meidling & the center) are only about 2-5 min walking distance away. It’s located in a quiet residential street, with great infrastructure around. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is fully furnished and also has all important kitchen equipment. If required I will also provide bed fresh sheets, linen and towels for no extra fee. The price also includes utilities, cable TV and fast internet/ WiFi. You are allowed to, or under Austrian law actually have to, register at the apartment for a maximum of 6 months as your second home (Nebenwohnsitz). The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine itself, but there is a wash saloon located not too far in walking distance. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
