Tram (no. 6 & 18) to West- and Hauptbahnhof (takes about 15 min) and bus stops (to Meidling & the center) are only about 2-5 min walking distance away. It’s located in a quiet residential street, with great infrastructure around. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is fully furnished and also has all important kitchen equipment. If required I will also provide bed fresh sheets, linen and towels for no extra fee. The price also includes utilities, cable TV and fast internet/ WiFi. You are allowed to, or under Austrian law actually have to, register at the apartment for a maximum of 6 months as your second home (Nebenwohnsitz). The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine itself, but there is a wash saloon located not too far in walking distance.
