Description

Cosy and central, still very quiet, modern studio (40m2) at only 5 min walking distance to both Mariahilfer Strasse (metro station U3 Zieglergasse) and metro station U4 Pilgramgasse. Only 10 min walking distance to Naschmarkt and Haus des Meeres - House of the Sea. There is a post office & bank in the same complex, and many supermarkets, restaurants, etc, just around the corner. The location inside a complex of houses, makes it super quiet despite being so central. The building is quite new and has 2 large elevators and the entire building/ complex is accessible for a wheelchair. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine itself, but there are several new washing machines and dryers in the complex’ basement. They run on 50 cents and aren’t used much. So you can just go there anytime and wash your clothes. You are allowed to (or under Austrian law actually have to) register at the apartment for a maximum of 6 months as your second home (Nebenwohnsitz). This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
