Cosy and central, still very quiet, modern studio (40m2) at only 5 min walking distance to both Mariahilfer Strasse (metro station U3 Zieglergasse) and metro station U4 Pilgramgasse. Only 10 min walking distance to Naschmarkt and Haus des Meeres - House of the Sea. There is a post office & bank in the same complex, and many supermarkets, restaurants, etc, just around the corner. The location inside a complex of houses, makes it super quiet despite being so central. The building is quite new and has 2 large elevators and the entire building/ complex is accessible for a wheelchair. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine itself, but there are several new washing machines and dryers in the complex’ basement. They run on 50 cents and aren’t used much. So you can just go there anytime and wash your clothes. You are allowed to (or under Austrian law actually have to) register at the apartment for a maximum of 6 months as your second home (Nebenwohnsitz).
