It is exterior and overlooks Passatge de Llívia. The kitchen is very spacious and independent, it is fully equipped and you will find everything you need to cook from your arrival, from dishes and utensils to modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker to enjoy that morning coffee. Here you will also find a dining room. In the rest area there are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 single room. The main room is exterior and has a closet and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is interior and has a double bed; and the third bedroom has a desk and a sofa bed that converts into a single bed. In addition, a large closet located in the hallway will be perfect for storing all the extra things you need. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Guinardó belongs to the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, located in the upper part of the city. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Surrounded by green areas such as the Federica Montseny Gardens, the Doctor Pla i Armengol Gardens or the Guinardó Park, located 13 minutes away, where you will find a viewpoint that offers wonderful views of the city.
