Description

The house is one of the new houses in the the old quarter downtown, next street to the main street Laugarvegur. In the garden we have jacuzzi and greenhouse, a great way to relax and enjoy. The grocery store Bonus is next street. Restaurants, coffee shops and bakery are close. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool are 5 min. away and so is the m(hidden)us terminal station at Hlemmur and bus stops even closer. If you want to walk it's around 20 min. to UNI Iceland or UNI Reykjavik. You will love the neighborhood wich is very pet friendly - we have 2 nice cats. We rent out two rooms for students. No additional cost but if you need to arrive earlier or later, please don't hesitate to be in contact for more info regarding additional fee. We have had tenants for several years and they have loved to be a part of the family....
