Public transportation (U/S, Bus), shopping and parks are located within few minutes of walking. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator. The last renovation was done in 2021. The appartment is fully equiped, has one double bed , WiFi, SAT & DVB TV. Water and electrical energy are paid in according with consumption. IMPORTANT NOTES: The apartment has ONLY one double bed. Suited ideally for one person. No additional beds or mattress! Adults only! No pets! Absolutely no smoking!!! Do not forget to provide your ID and proof of income with your application. Without these documents there will be no response...

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
