Patision Street is one of the streets that were laid out in such a way that as you move towards the historical center you always have the Parthenon in your field of vision! It is the road where all public transport runs to and from the historic center with many shops! Directly opposite Patision Street begins the neighborhood of Kypseli. "Kypseli" in Greek means beehive and the reasons for its name can easily be justified through a short walk through its colorful and charming streets, inhabited by people from countries and nationalities from all over the world. Multicultural and bohemian in its own special way, Kypseli is a wonderful area to explore, with a variety of cafes, restaurants and cultural meeting points. The University of Economics is very close for students, the Pedion A(hidden) Park near the apartment and the pedestrian street of Fokionos Negri are also great options for your morning walks or even workouts - in case you are the active type! The terrace of the apartment building where I live (15 minute walk) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments.
