The room (number 3 on the floor plan) is located in the second district of Vienna “Leopoldstadt” and is ideal for those who like to live centrally and at the same time enjoy the benefits of large green spaces. The Augartenpark and the Wiener Prater are located in the immediate vicinity and the famous Danube Canal and the Danube is only a few minutes’ walk away. In the summer, the Donauinsel, located in the north, is a great place to enjoy the warm days and cool off in the river. The shared flat (4 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all newcomers to get to know new people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a nice building and is fully furnished. It is equipped with a kitchen with a fridge, cooking utensils and crockery, a washing machine and WiFi. All rooms are of course separately accessible. In your room you will have a single bed, a wardrobe with mirror, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, shelves and lamps. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
