Hello everyone, from now onwards there is one room available in a nice shared apartment in the 10th district, in Herzgasse. The apartment is close to the U1 station Reumannplatz and a two minutes walk from tram 6 station Quellenstraße/Neilreichgasse. In total there are 5 bedooms. At the moment only male tenants live there (working professionals and student) The room is furnished with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and toilet, and a separate toilet. -The room is about 14 m2. - furnished -The rent per room is 495€ per month and additional 70€ for internet, heating and electricity. -The deposit is 1130€ -No smoking and no pets allowed. -The contract is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the the end of February, August and September.
