Location The flat is 5 minutes walking distance to the train Station Westkreuz (lines S6 and S8) and also to some bus stops. Various shops (Lidl, DM, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, bakery, etc.) at walking distance. Shopping mall (Pasinger Arcaden) one station away (ca. 20 minutes by foot). The park Pasinger-Stadtpark as well as other shops and restaurants also near the flat. Cost The monthly rent of 1.490 EUR includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, etc.), internet, garage and a separate storage room in the 2nd underground floor. The broadcasting contribution is not included in the rent; it amounts 18,36 EUR/ month currently and should be paid directly by the tenant. For booking the flat, the following documents (scanned copy) are required: (1) Identity card/ passport (2) Visa/ residence permit (if applicable) (3) Proof of funds for paying the rent (e.g. current working contract, with salary amount) Deposit To schedule a check-in time and hand you the key to your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 months' rent) in our bank account. After the booking on the platform, you will receive a booking confirmation on which you will find further details to pay the deposit. Once the deposit will hit our bank account, you will receive another e-mail with the check-in information. Please keep in mind that international transfers could take a few business days, therefore we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail from us. Please be aware that the check-in will not take place before the deposit hits our bank account. The end cleaning fee of 70 EUR will be deducted from the deposit by the end of your stay.
