Top floor consists of large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine/dryer, furnished glass balcony and an outside place. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with the other student only. Internet connection, electricity, water and heat included as well as bed sheets and towels. Appropriate for two exchange students who know each other or want to get acquainted with a new student. We are a retired couple living down stairs with our own entrance, kitchen and bath room....
