This is Stefano (Michał is my employee). The flatmate would be my dad Mr. Antonio. He is a bit sick but a very descreet person and perfectly able to take care of himself independently. The bedrooms are in good shape, the apartment has a gas heating system modern and centralized (practically heaters in all rooms). The kitchen is very spacious, the living room could be an additional bedroom (because the entrance is independent). All bedrooms and bathrooms have a locker with a key. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Basically I need a weekly contact with the tenant, just in case if my dad doesn't feel good. If requested by the tenant, I can offer even a test period of 1 months (or less), if the tenant feels good, then we can extend the cooperation. If the tenant proves to be a loyal, honest and a person we can trust, he can even use our second car (fiat grande Punto Evo, nice car). The staircase is the letter C. PLACE (FURNITURE, APPLIANCES) The Lessor can get for the tenants additional beds upon previous request (single beds, double beds, sofa-beds). SERVICE APARTMENTS The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease. There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection). The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks). The Lessor can get additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. RELOCATION service The Lessor can help the tenants with the paperwork and bureaucracy needed in order to obtain the PESEL number, temporary residence, application for a VISA and much more. LEGAL, BILLS, price. deposit The agreement of lease is available in Polish and English language. The bills can be paid either upon consumption of in a reach-out amount all inclusive. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
