The house is located right next to the ocean and a biking/walking trail. It is only a 7-minute walk from the University of Iceland and approximately 15 minutes from the town center. The room is situated on the ground floor, and there are 3 other housemates on the same floor. The room features hardwood flooring, a security system, smoke detectors, and a brand new super comfy bed, and open cabinet with hangers for clothes. Underfloor heating. All housemates are on the same floor and use a separate entrance from the family living in the other part of the house. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
