A bright and beautiful private room is available in a cozy, welcoming high end apartment in the western part of Reykjavík. The location is amazing, right next to the ocean and a scenic walking and biking path. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the University of Iceland and about 15 minutes to the city centre. The room is on the ground floor and you’ll share the apartment with three friendly female housemates. It offers: ✨ A new comfortable bed and open wardrobe with hangers ✨ Warm underfloor heating ✨ A modern height-adjustable office desk – perfect for studying or working ✨ Hardwood floors, smoke detectors, and a security system for peace of mind The room can be locked from the inside and has two windows that opens, providing excellent airflow. A comforter, pillows, bedding, and towels are provided. Shared spaces include a new, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, and microwave. The bathroom is high-end with a shower, and the laundry room has both a washing machine and dryer. (Please note: there’s no shared living room.)
