Located in a safe area, surrounded by parks.... close to beach, bus, train, police, supermarkets... Downtown area of Gijon (Laviada/Alsas/Carlos Marx) (not a suburb). Nice connection with public transport to the university campus. Insurance included (this is important). Currently there are 2 free bedrooms since an international student continues. 298€/month single bedroom within electricity and gas costs (+Internet). Only economically solvent people. Video and references from previous student tenants can be submitted....
