The property features a kitchenette with refrigerator, induction cooker and microwave; bathroom with shower; a comfortable and large king size bed on the deck and a TV. Wifi available, weekly linen change and free parking within the gated park. A few steps away there is a well-stocked supermarket, bars and an excellent pizzeria. Guests have access and can stroll around the lush private garden featuring orange trees, palm trees, oaks and a view of the sea. The Metro line (Pietrarsa/San Giorgio) is at 2 minutes walking distance and you can reach the centre of Napoli in 10 minutes train ride. No pets allowed and no smoking allowed. Monolocale soppalcato indipendente in una Villa del Settecento affacciata sul mare di Portici ed immersa nel verde, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana per Napoli: in 10 minuti si arriva alla stazione centrale. A pochi passi c'è un fornitissimo supermercato, bar e un'ottima pizzeria. Incluso utenze, WiFi, posto auto e cambio biancheria settimanale. C'è fornello ad induzione completo di pentole e Microonde. Non sono ammessi fumatori e animali (anche se di piccola taglia). Preferiti fitti di lungo periodo e fuori sede....
