El estudio dispone de lavadora/secadora en un cuarto común y a compartir con otros 4 estudios en la misma planta. Situado en Paseo de la Castellana, junto a la estación de Charmartín (Metro Líneas 1 y 10, Cercanías Renfe C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C8 y C10, así como trenes regionales, nacionales y AVE, y numerosos autobuses). Todos los suministros (electricidad, calefación, agua y Wifi Internet) incluidos por 100€ al mes. El estudio se entrega con ropa de cama (sábanas y edredón) y toallas.
