Das Zimmer ist momentan nicht möbliert, kann aber zu einem monatlichen Aufpreis gerne von uns mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch bestückt werden. Ideal für Studenten, Pendler oder Auszubildende, die in nähere Umgebung studieren oder arbeiten müssen. In Laufweite der Wohnung befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man alltäglich gebrauchen kann. Ebenso befinden sich in der Nähe mehrere Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen. Wichtig zu beachten: Housing Anywhere blockiert jegliche Weitergabe von Kontaktdaten wie Telefonnummer, Adresse usw. Das bedeutet, dass eine Besichtigung des Zimmers leider nicht möglich ist. Unsere Bilder entsprechen alle den aktuellen Stand des Zimmers und du kannst das Zimmer ohne sorgen buchen! This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
