Description

We are a non-smoking community of students and young people with similar education. We focus on our studies and enjoy the facilities that our residence offers. We have a kitchen, laundry facility, a 35m2 lobby that we use from spring to autumn, 2 patios, one for the sun rise and the second for the sun set in large green garden. The residence is located close to Tårnby train station and Bella Center metro station, which means, that it takes you only 10-18 minutes to get to downtown, KU, IT-University and more. With a short bike trip, you can also reach the Amager beaches at Øresund Strandpark or the Fields shopping center. CPR registration is supported. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
