Description

Super-large single room at walking distance from both the city center and Universita per Stranieri (5-10min walking). Very quite and comfortable apartment with independent entrance composed by just two single rooms, a bathroom and a shared kitchen. In the room you will find a single bed, a desk, a chair, a large wardrobe and a TV. The price is 370€ per month all bills included. Excellent value for money, for further information please contact me as soon as possible! Please note that the double bed in the pictures will be substituted with a single bed and a desk will be added. If you're not passionate with this room contact me anyway, I have other rooms and I will find the perfect accommodation for your needs...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
