The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heading, fridge washing machine cooker linen, bathroom towels and all the kitchen equipment (cutlery) The building has a private Roof Top with a garden sun beds to enjoy the hot summer day in Athens or the evening with that beautiful summer Brizzzz Upon living the apartment, after the contract is expired, they will a charge for the tenant 75.00 euros for the cleaning and washing There is available cleaning service if required with euros 10.00 per hour. Advance notice one month is required if the tenant wants to cancel the contract earlier the deposit of 420 euros will be lost FOR UTILITIES - the first 50.00 euros from the electricity are covered by the owner.
