Hallo Ihr lieben, ich vermiete mein Zimmer von 01.09 bis 31.12 unter, da ich ins Ausland gehe. Optional auch Länger. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2'er WG in wunderschöner Innenstadtlage direkt bei der Postbankfiliale. 5 Min zur Uni und 2 Min zum Rathausplatz. Also megazentral. Ihr hättet 25 qm für euch alleine. Küche, WC und Badezimmer würdet Ihr euch dann mit eurem wundervollen Mitbewohner teilen. Die Wohnung war ein Erstbezug und ist daher in einem tadellosen Zustand, was die Einrichtung angeht. Das besondere hierbei ist das es sich um eine Altbauwohnung handelst die mit viel Hellem Licht durchflutet wird und im Sommer schön kühl ist. Die Küche ist mit diversen Geräten ausgestattet wie unter anderem Mixer, Entsafter und Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine habt Ihr auch im Haus. Im Zimmer stehen, ein Bett, schreib-/Ess-Tisch, Großzügiger Kleiderschrank, Couch, Sessel, Couchtisch, TV-Regal, Bücherregal, Sideboard, Schuhregal, Schreibtischstuhl und 4 Weitere Stühle falls Ihr mal Gäste habt.
