Just 5 minutes from the Llucmajor Metro on line 4 Yellow, connected to the city center in a few minutes and 3 minutes from the Rona de Dalt. The house is completely renovated and very well cared for by me, who is the owner and I live in an adjoining space of the same house. I rent separately each of the 3 single rooms; fully equipped with folding sofa, desk, chair, wardrobe and mirror. Each room has its own private key and lock. Everything is brand new. It has a large Private Terrace with awning, Chillout sofa, for the exclusive use. The kitchen, the interior patio (laundry room), the WC and the dining room are shared areas and are for the exclusive use of the tenants. It is a quiet space where parties, pets and smoking are not allowed.
