Luminous room in shared flat, we are next to river bed probably the best place in the city because a beautiful park crossing the city, so our location is awesome also close to downtown and historical center, just need to cross the bridge and you will be into the old city where you can enjoy a lot of amazings things as concerts, nightlife, and international atmosphere. Very well communicated next to Turia metro station and near of "Pont de fusta" station direct tram to the beach! ;-) This is a coliving space, you are sharing with flatmates who lives there and this is home of all of you. To guarantee the good atmosphere of coexistence with your flatmates, these points must be made very clear, their acceptance and compliance are necessary to be in the flat, both for you and also for your colleagues who have to comply with them and you can demand their consent. compliance as all have agreed to them in contract. RESPECT AND COEXISTENCE The privacy of colleagues is very important Visits or overnight stays or lodging of people are not allowed. You cannot take food or products from the fridge or cupboard that belong to a flatmate.
