Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.50 m), a modern TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. On your private balcony you can also relax outside after a busy day. In case of dirty laundry, you can wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in Deiner eigenen Waschmaschine im Zimmer zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite.
