Es gibt viele Nah- und Fern-Verkehrsanbindungen, u.a. sind die S-Bahnhöfe: Südkreuz (auch Fernbhf.), Schöneberg und Julius-Leber-Brücke in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie die AB 100 und eine Fernbusstation, 2 Buslinien halten gleich um die Ecke. Die City - Mitte und Kudamm -sind von dort direkt erreichbar . Über dem Spazier-und Radweg Berlin-Leipzig entlang der S-Bahn ist man auch zu Fuß schnell im Gleisdreieck- Park und am Potsdamer Platz.
