A safe area with lots of high quality establishments such as restaurants, cafes, bars and Close to many different types of public transport. Every room has its own, private bathroom! Wifi, GEZ and weekly cleaning is all part of our offering. The space is very clean, neat and unique and we expect you to keep it the same. Please remember this is NOT a substitute for a long-term living! This is meant for short-term stays up to one year MAX. We are a co-living house offering rooms for long-term stays. A communal kitchen is on the ground floor. Students as well as working people live here. Each room has its own bathroom with shower/WC and a fully furnished room (wardrobe, desk, TV, heating, bed). This room has an extra room, so more space! Cleaning is done weekly and you can wash and dry in the house (5€ per machine). Our co-living space is located in the heart of Berlin in a quiet area with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!
