It is fully furnished and, as it is my private apartment, the place will make you feel like home in a second! It looks and feels lovely and cozy, the big window front makes it really luminous and spacious for a studio. It is close to Donauinsel (perfect for runs, walks, bike tours) and to the metro (7min walk). You can reach the city center within 20 minutes by metro. There are several supermarkets and restaurants close. It is in a quiet area on the 5th floor of a safe building (medical center downstairs). You will have the whole studio to yourself, if you choose to come by yourself or with your partner is up to you (1 queensize bed). The kitchen is well-equipped with high quality kitchenware such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, mini-oven, etc. feel free to use everything and make the place your home. I'd appreciate if you could take care of my loving plants as well and hope you will enjoy their presence as they make the flat even more unique :) You should be a responsible and clean person, dogs are allowed if they behave well. There are towels, bed sheets, WIFI, spices to cook, different coffee machines (espresso machine, Nespresso, filter machine) and a washing machine free to use. The bathroom has a bath tub and there is a separate storage room inside the apartment where you can find the washing machine, a freezer and cleaning equipment. Minimum stay 3 months, because I will not be here to organize a change of tenant. If you have any question or want more pictures please just message me :)...
