Back inside the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, the awe ensues. Luama starts with a bright and airy feel. To the left is the first bedroom with a private wardrobe area on the immediate left side of the room. Behind a modified celosia divider sits the queen size bed with a dedicated workstation in the far right side of the space. A small hallway straight on from the entrance offers a detached bathroom to the left and the second bedroom at the end of the hall. The detached bathroom is coated in deep jungle hues and is complete with an all-glass shower. The second bedroom is an ensuite with the attached bathroom to the left of the space. The bathroom boasts modernity with the all-glass shower and basin sink. Back through the bedroom, the queen-size bed rests in front of the wave-like accent wall. Adjacent to the bed is a dedicated workstation. Follow the left wall lined with storage to discover the private terrace. Back towards the entrance and to the left, the space opens up to reveal the living and dining areas. Playing with jungle-like shapes and lines, a ceiling pattern follows into the living room’s accent wall to create a unique design. The four-person dining set is framed with natural fiber walls. Further into the space, a modern kitchen complete with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils concludes the home.
